题目/Title：Quadratic forms and the Milnor formula in positive characteristic I

摘要/Abstract:

In the following series of seminar lectures, we will first review the construction of Grothendieck-Witt ring of non-degenerate quadratic forms and its basic properties. Then we will turn to the definition of ordinary quadratic singularities and its deformation theory. In the second lecture, we will first review the definition of Milnor numbers and the Milnor formula. We will give some calculations for ordinary quadratic singularities. In the remaining lectures, we will discuss the formula for local epsilon factor of vanishing cycles, which can be viewed as a determinant version of the Milnor formula
