    姚祝军,南京大学特聘教授,博士生导师。主要研究方向为生理活性天然产物全合成、类天然产物化学和天然产物化学生物学。1990年毕业于复旦大学化学系。1992年12月和1995年6月在中国科学院上海有机化学研究所分别获得理学硕士和理学博士学位。1999-2008年任中国科学院上海有机化学研究所研究员、博士生导师、生命有机化学国家重点实验室课题组长;期间曾任中国科学院上海有机化学研究所科研处处长。2008年9月加入南京大学化学化工学院。曾先后入选中国科学院百人计划(2000)、国家杰出青年基金(2004)、上海市领军人才(2008)、江苏省333人才计划(2010)等人才计划。

Zhu-jun Yao is a distinguished professor in Nanjing University. His group mainly focuses on the total synthesis, medicinal chemistry and chemical biology of bioactive natural products. Prof. Zhu-jun Yao received his Bachelor degree with from Fudan University in 1990, and obtained his Ph.D. degree from Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry (SIOC), Chinese academy of Sciences (CAS) in June 1995. Dr. Yao was recruited as a faculty member at SIOC in September 1999, and immediately appointed as a full Professor and Principle Investigator in November 1999. In September 2008, He moved to Nanjing University School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering and serves at Nanjing National Laboratory of Microstructures as a Cyrus Tang Professor. Dr. Yao has received quite a number of awards from the academic societies, including Hundred Talent Program of Chinese Academy of Sciences (2000), National Distinguished Young Scholar Program of NSFC (2004), Leading Talents of Shanghai Municipal (2008), and 333 Talent Program of Jiangsu Province (2010), etc.

讲座摘要/Abstract:

    阿扎菲酮(Azaphilones)是一大类具有多种生理活性和特征化学结构的聚酮类微生物代谢产物。本报告将从一例被命名为chlorofusin的抗肿瘤作用阿扎菲酮类天然产物的化学合成出发,剖析该天然产物的结构特殊性及其对于全合成设计的启迪,探讨关键合成方法涉及的反应中间体对于理解和实现高效率化学转化的重要性,进而展示化学结构和生理活性之间的联系,最后用实验解释了该例阿扎菲酮结构存在的自然杂合现象的化学原理,并最终由此发展了一类自然启迪的可用于探索多种生物学应用的新颖蛋白质交联试剂。

Azaphilones are a large class of polyketides with unique structures produced by the metabolism of terrestrial or marine fungi. This report will start from the chemical synthesis of a natural azafidone product named chlorofusin with anti-tumor effects, analyze the unique structure of the natural product and its enlightenment for total synthesis design. We will also discuss the importance of the reaction intermediates involved in the key synthesis method for understanding and achieving high-efficiency chemical transformations, and then show the relationship between chemical structure and physiological activity. An experiment is used to explain the chemical principle of the natural hybrid phenomenon in the structure of azafidone in this case, and finally develop a class of naturally enlightened novel protein cross-linking reagents that can be used to explore a variety of biological applications.
