黎占亭教授,1966年7月出生于河南,1985年毕业于郑州大学化学系; 1992年于上海有机所获博士学位(导师:陈庆云院士);1994年10月-1996年01月:在丹麦University of Southern Denmark从事博士后研究(合作导师: Jan Becher教授);2000年10月-2001年12月:在美国University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign化学系从事访问学者研究(合作导师: S. C. Zimmerman教授);现为复旦大学化学系教授,中科院上海有机所特聘研究员,曾获2000年中国化学会青年化学家奖,2004年度国家杰出青年基金。

Prof. Zhan-Ting Li, born in Henan in July 1966, graduated from the Department of Chemistry, Zhengzhou University in 1985 and received his PhD Degree from Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry in 1992 (supervisor: Academician Chen Qingyun); During October 1994 and January 1996, Dr. Li engaged in the post-doctoral research at the University of Southern Denmark (co-supervisor: Professor Jan Becher). He was also the visiting scholar in the Department of Chemistry, the University of Illinoi sat Urbana-Champaign (Co-supervisor: Professor SC Zimmerman) during October 2000-December 2001. Dr. Li currently is a full professor of the Department of Chemistry at Fudan University and the distinguished researcher at the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He was awarded the Young Chemist Award of the Chinese Chemical Society in 2000 and the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars in 2004.

讲座摘要/Abstract:

2013年以来,黎占亭课题组利用葫芦[8]脲(CB[8])对芳香堆积二聚体的包结,构建了水溶性超分子有机框架(Supramolecular Organic Frameworks, SOFs)结构体系,揭示了其原位负载和输送抗肿瘤药物和核酸的功能,利用高密度正离子四壁单体的光诱导2+2环加成反应,制备了水溶性共价有机框架(water-soluble Covalent Organic Frameworks, wsCOFs)和有机多孔聚合物(water soluble porous organic polymers, wsPOPs),利用水相腙键的室温定量形成,从简单的多臂单体出发,构建了高水溶性柔性有机框架(Flexible Organic Frameworks, FOFs)。这类孔结构具有40-130 nm的粒径,孔径在5-7 nm,自身细胞毒性较低,可以原位包埋和输送蛋白和核酸等。本报告将汇报不同孔结构基于药物吸收的拮抗和隔离应用探索。

Since 2013, Prof Li's group has used the inclusion of cucurbit [8] urea (CB[8]) to aromatic stacking dimers to construct a water-soluble Supramolecular Organic Framework (SOF) structure system, revealing its in-situ function of loading and delivering anti-tumor drugs and nucleic acids. The light-induced [2+2] cycloaddition reaction of high-density cationic four-arm monomers was used to prepare water-soluble Covalent Organic Frameworks (wsCOFs) and Porous Organic Polymers, (wsPOPs). Using the quantitative formation of water-phase hydrazone bonds at room temperature, a highly water-soluble flexible organic framework (FOF) was constructed from simple multi-arm monomers. This type of pore structures has a particle size range of 40-130 nm and a pore diameter range of 5-7 nm. These porous frameworks exhibit low cytotoxicity and can embed and transport proteins and nucleic acids in situ. This report will demonstrate the application of antagonism and isolation of different pore structures based on drug absorption.
