赵纪军教授，大连理工大学物理学院院长，三束材料改性教育部重点实验室主任，国务院学位委员会学科评议组成员。主要研究领域为低维凝聚态物理、计算材料学。发表SCI论文700余篇，总引用28000余次，H因子80。获国家自然科学二等奖1项、省部级科技奖7项，长江学者特聘教授、全球顶尖科学家终身影响力榜单前2万名（应用物理学559名）。

Prof. Jijun Zhao is the dean of the School of Physics of Dalian University of Technology,the director of the Tri-Beam Materials Modification Key Laboratory of the Ministry of Education, and the member of the Discipline Review Group of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council. His main research areas are low-dimensional condensed matter physics and computational materials science. He has published over 700 SCI papers with over 28,000 citations and a H-index of 80. He has received one Second Prize of National Natural Science Award and seven provincial and ministerial science and technology awards. He has been awarded the Ten Thousand Talents Program and Distinguished Professor of Changjiang Scholars. He is also listed as one of the top 20,000 of the most infulential top scientists worldwide (559 in applied physics).

新型二维磁性材料的设计与界面调控

Design and Control of Novel Two-Dimensional Magnetic Materials

讲座摘要/Abstract:

二维铁磁体因其在自旋电子学器件上的重要应用而备受关注。从器件应用的角度，亟待寻找更多实验上易于制备、具有高居里温度的铁磁体，并基于此进一步调控磁性和构建器件。我们从过渡金属化合物层状材料出发，通过计算筛选与等电子元素替换，设计出理论居里温度高达500 K的两种二维磁性半导体CrSCl和CrSeBr，并组装出具有磁光调控特性的层间异质结。通过调控组分和几何构型，我们获得了具有丰富的电子结构和磁学性质的一系列二维三元金属化合物（MGeTe, M=Cr, Mn, Fe), 成功设计出室温居里温度的金属铁磁体。进一步，我们利用衬底的近邻效应调控单层或双层CrI3的磁性。最后，介绍基于机器学习技术设计具有高磁各向异性的二维MOF材料。

Two dimensional (2D) ferromagnetic materials have attracted much attention for their important applications in spintronics devices. For that purpose, it is pivot to discover ferromagnets with high Curie temperature that can be synthesized in a cost-econimical way. Based on that, we can tune their magnetism and construct new devices as we desire. Starting from the layered transition metal compounds, we have designed two 2D magnetic semiconductors CrSCl and CrSeBr with theoretical Curie temperatures up to 500 K, through computational screening and isoelectronic element replacement. And we assembled heterostructures with magneto-optical modulation characteristics. By tuning the compositions and geometric structures, we obtained a series of 2D ternary metal compounds (MGeTe, M=Cr, Mn, Fe) with rich electronic structure and magnetic properties, and successfully designed metallic ferromagnets with room temperature Curie temperature. Furthermore, we utilize the proximity effect of the substrate to modulate the magnetic properties of single or double layer CrI3. Finally, I will briefly introduce the machine learning techniques for the design of 2D metal-organic framework materials with high magnetic anisotropy.
