Raman System Features:

· Minimum Raman resolution: ≤0.65 cm¹ (585 nm neon lamp line FWHM, 1800-groove/mm grating).

· Spectral detection range: 200–1550 nm (liquid-nitrogen-cooled CCD and InGaAs detectors).

· Equipped with 5 excitation lasers: 266, 325, 532, 785, and 1064 nm, along with corresponding Edge and PL filters.

· Five blazed gratings: 100, 300, 600, 1800, and 2400 lines/mm.

Ambient Temperature Capabilities:

· Large-range XYZ stage (75 × 50 mm, 50 nm step resolution) integrated with SWIFT/DuoScan imaging modules.

· Multiple objectives: 5×, 10×, 50×, 100× achromatic objectives; 15×, 40×, 74× UV objectives; 50× near-infrared objective.

Cryogenic Capabilities:

· Temperature range: 1.8–300 K with temperature stability < 0.01 K.

· 9+3 T vector Z-X axis magnetic field environment, magnetic field uniformity ≤0.1% (Z-axis).

· Specialized cryogenic achromatic objectives (NA 0.8, 520–695 nm and 700–985 nm bands).

主要功能及特色

本系统为集成化高性能拉曼光谱分析平台,结合Horiba Odyssey光谱仪与Attocube attoDRY2100低温恒温器,具备紫外-可见-近红外全波段检测能力。光谱仪配备液氮冷却CCD200-1050 nm)、InGaAs探测器(800-1550 nm),以及五组闪耀光栅(10030060018002400线/mm),最高实现低至0.35 cm¹的超高分辨率。光谱仪具备机械针孔共焦系统(10-1000 μm可调)及双消色差共焦光路(UV/VIS),支持四种数据采集模式,可满足单窗口、多窗口及连续扫描需求。系统集成五波长激光器(2663255327851064 nm)及相应EdgePL滤光片,配合75×50 mm大行程XYZ平台(50 nm步进)和SWIFT/DuoScan成像模块,可完成kHz级超快扫描与二维拉曼成像。

低温模块attoDRY2100基于脉冲管制冷技术,提供1.8-300 K宽温区与9+3 T矢量Z-X轴磁场环境,样品腔体直径≥49 mm,磁场均匀度≤0.1%Z轴)。配备专用消色差低温物镜(NA 0.8520-695700-985nm波段)、三自由度位移器(5×5×4.8 mm行程)及扫描器(30×30×30 μm行程),支持SHG测量与低温电学测试。

本系统集成偏振分析、光电流联用功能,通过Labspec 6LabVIEW软件实现自动化控制,可广泛应用于二维材料、半导体、新能源等领域,支持莫尔超晶格、量子点、自旋极化子等前沿研究的多维表征。


This system is an integrated high-performance Raman spectroscopy platform combining the Horiba Odyssey spectrometer with the Attocube attoDRY2100 cryostat, offering full-spectrum detection capabilities from ultraviolet to visible and near-infrared ranges. The spectrometer features a liquid-nitrogen-cooled CCD (200–1050 nm), an InGaAs detector (800–1550 nm), and five blazed gratings (100, 300, 600, 1800, and 2400 lines/mm), achieving an ultra-high resolution as low as 0.35 cm¹. Equipped with a mechanical pinhole confocal system (adjustable from 10 to 1000 μm) and dual achromatic confocal optical paths (UV/VIS), it supports four data acquisition modes to meet single-window, multi-window, and continuous scanning requirements. The system integrates five excitation lasers (266, 325, 532, 785, and 1064 nm) with corresponding Edge and PL filters, combined with a large-range XYZ stage (75 × 50 mm, 50 nm step resolution) and SWIFT/DuoScan imaging modules, enabling kHz-level ultrafast scanning and 2D Raman imaging.

The attoDRY2100 cryogenic module, based on pulse-tube refrigeration technology, provides a wide temperature range of 1.8–300 K and a 9+3 T vector Z-X axis magnetic field environment. The sample chamber has a diameter ≥49 mm, with magnetic field uniformity 0.1% (Z-axis). It includes specialized achromatic cryogenic objectives (NA 0.8, 520–695 nm and 700–985 nm bands), a three-axis displacement system (5 × 5 × 4.8 mm travel), and a scanner (30 × 30 × 30 μm travel), supporting SHG measurements and low-temperature electrical testing.

Integrated with polarization analysis and photocurrent coupling functions, the system enables automated control via Labspec 6 and LabVIEW software. It is widely applicable to 2D materials, semiconductors, and new energy research, supporting multidimensional characterization for cutting-edge studies on Moire superlattices, quantum dots, and spin polaritons.

主要附件及配置

测试系统可与室温环境石英视窗的探针冷热台组合使用,可覆盖-195400 ℃温度范围,真空度<1 Pa,兼容电学探针(4BNC/SMA接口)。

The testing system can be integrated with a thermal probe station equipped with quartz viewports for ambient temperature environments, covering a temperature range from -195 °C to 400 °C, with a vacuum pressure below 1 Pa, and compatible with electrical probes featuring four BNC/SMA connectors.
